This year we&#8217;ll be launching with the\u00a0<strong>World\u2019s Biggest Bike Ride<\/strong>. You can also take part in our virtual <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclinguk.org\/bikeweek\/7daysofcycling\" rel=\"noreferrer\">#7daysofcycling<\/a><\/strong>challenge, giving you an amazing way to reunite with your friends and family in the outdoors. Be inspired by some exciting challenges and routes.\u00a0 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclinguk.org\/bikeweek\">Cycling UK<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-text field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p><strong>Cycling is incredible; it will help improve so many aspects of your life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cycling to work can mean you have a 45% lower risk of developing cancer, and a 46% lower risk of cardiovascular disease.<\/li>\n<li>If you cycle regularly in adulthood, you will enjoy a level of fitness equivalent to someone 10 years younger.<\/li>\n<li>If all cycle journeys increased from the current level of 2% to 25% by 2050, the collective benefit would be \u00a3248bn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To join in Cycling UK are setting the #7daysofcycling as well as holding virtual events and making suggestions for families to get involved.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-bundle-background-colour-with-image-and-text-panels remove-gutter paragraph_background_colour_blue remove_bottom_margin_no remove_image_corners_no paragraph_panel_location_left bullet_point_bullets \">\n<div class=\"entity entity-paragraphs-item paragraphs-item-background-colour-and-text-panel paragraphs-item-10856 view-mode-full\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"left-col col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-sm-pull-6 col-md-7 col-md-pull-5 \">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-subtitle field-type-text field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<p class=\"field-item even\">The daily events, challenges, etc are as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"field-item even\"><strong>Sunday 30 May: Well Connected<\/strong> -To celebrate the first day of Bike Week and The World&#8217;s Biggest Bike Ride we are celebrating togetherness and connection.
