Each year the British Nutrition Foundation promotes a Healthy Eating Week.
The aim of the week is to bring the UK together for a dedicated Week, focusing on key health messages and promoting healthy habits.
Everyday has a different focus or challenge:
- Monday – Eat More Wholegrains Challenge
- Tuesday – Vary Your Veg Challenge
- Wednesday – Drink Plenty Challenge
- Thursday – Move More Challenge
- Friday – Be Mind Kind Challenge
- Saturday – Get Active Together Challenge
- Sunday – Eat Together Challenge
