{"id":2478,"date":"2022-03-28T14:51:22","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T13:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/graduateschoolnews\/?p=2478"},"modified":"2022-03-28T15:16:25","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T14:16:25","slug":"graduate-and-researcher-college-prizes-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/graduate-researcher-college-studenthub\/2022\/03\/28\/graduate-and-researcher-college-prizes-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Graduate and Researcher College Prizes 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are delighted to announce that the 2022 Graduate and Researcher College Prizes are now open for nominations.<\/p>\n<p>These prizes recognise the excellence of Kent\u2019s researchers and the outstanding work carried out by academic and professional service staff members in support of postgraduate research and education.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Staff and students are invited to nominate someone (or themselves) for one of the following prizes:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dba42c\">Director of Graduate Studies\/Programme Academic Lead (Division\/School\/Centre)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dba42c\">Postgraduate Professional Service Champion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dba42c\">Postgraduate Researcher<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dba42c\">Postgraduate Teacher<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dba42c\">Research Degree Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Each prize is worth <strong>\u00a3500<\/strong>\u00a0which will be transferred to the winner\u2019s school, centre or department for the use of:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel and subsistence in relation to research including conference fees, books, consumables, survey costs or any other cost that can be shown in relation to their research and\/or<\/li>\n<li>staff development courses and related travel and subsistence costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline for nominations: Tuesday 3 May 2022\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #dba42c\"><a style=\"color: #dba42c\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/graduate-researcher-college\/about\/celebrating-success\/grc-prizes\">Visit our GRC Prizes website for more information and details about how to make a nomination.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are delighted to announce that the 2022 Graduate and Researcher College Prizes are now open for nominations.
