This year’s Canterbury Global Skills Award Ceremony took place on Friday 6th June and was attended\u00a0by around\u00a085 students. Professor Diane Houston hosted the event, which included reflections on the GSA by two participants: Coskun Serefoglu and Maria Mandourari.<\/p>\n
Maria, who bravely kick-started proceedings, said: “The
\nGSA programme was a great opportunity to learn and develop my skills far beyond my Master degree. I am confident that in an increasingly
\ncompetitive job market, the GSA will help me to stand out from the crowd,
\nproviding well-prepared evidence of my skills to future employers.”\u00a0Coskun reflected in his presentation that ” attending the GSA programme was a priceless experience”.<\/p>\n
This year\u00a0201 students\u00a0successfully completed the Award, including 19 from Brussels.<\/p>\n
