The power of the spoken word.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Graduate students from every corner of Canada are doing research that makes a difference in our lives, our communities, our economy and our world. The 3MT competition offers them a chance to explain their work and why it matters.<\/p>\n<p>A national winner will be chosen by our judges panel: Nobel laureate\u00a0<strong>Dr. John Polanyi<\/strong>, journalist\u00a0<strong>Kady O&#8217;Malley<\/strong>\u00a0and former CAGS President (2010) and Dean of Arts \/ Professor of History at University of Waterloo,\u00a0<strong>Doug Peers<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose a People&#8217;s Choice winner. Vote for the presentation that combines the best clarity and relevance.<\/p>\n<p>Voting closes June 2.
