The prestigious honour recognises her exceptional work in improving accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity within the chemical sciences.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1244\">Grounded in her therapeutic training, Dr Leigh\u2019s research harnesses embodied, reflective, and creative practices for social justice. Her recent projects include collaborations with Dr Jennifer Tullet to support life sciences PhD students through reflective practice, and contributions to the International Women in Supramolecular Chemistry (WISC) network, founded by Professor Jennifer Hiscock, which works to retain and advance women and marginalised groups in the field.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"2096\">Nationally, Dr Leigh is a leading advocate for disability inclusion in STEMM.
