CEWL hosted a special event during Enhancement Week to give students learning languages with us the chance to have a go at calligraphy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Around 40 students who take World Language modules<\/a> or Language Express courses<\/a> took part in\u00a0 the\u00a0 “Let’s Try Calligraphy” event on 26 February.<\/p>\n

The event gave them a chance to have a go at writing in Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and Russian.<\/p>\n

All of the participants enjoyed this cultural experience, supported by some of the University’s native language speaking students.<\/p>\n
