The IR35 section of the Procurement website explains these changes and their implications <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/finance-staff\/procurement\/?tab=ir35\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">The legislation is complicated and covers existing arrangements as well as new engagements. \u00a0It came into effect on 6<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> April 2017.
