{"id":665,"date":"2016-06-22T16:32:32","date_gmt":"2016-06-22T15:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/?p=665"},"modified":"2016-06-22T16:32:32","modified_gmt":"2016-06-22T15:32:32","slug":"financial-year-end-seminars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/2016\/06\/22\/financial-year-end-seminars\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Year End seminars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You will probably be aware that the financial year-end is 31 July 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Financial Reporting team will be holding seminars on the \u2018Financial Year End Process\u2019, to offer\u00a0advice and support on the university&#8217;s requirements and your responsibilities during the financial year end process. \u00a0The dates are:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Canterbury Campus<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThursday <strong>23rd June 2016<\/strong> from 2.00pm until 4.00pm<br \/>\nor<br \/>\nTuesday <strong>12th July 2016<\/strong> from 10.00am until 12.00<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Medway Campus<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nTuesday <strong>28 June 2016<\/strong> from 10.00am until 12.00<\/p>\n<p>To book your place\u00a0please email Learning and Development at <a href=\"mailto:Ldev@kent.ac.uk\"><u>Ldev@kent.ac.uk<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you cannot attend any of these sessions but would like to discuss the year-end process please contact the Financial Reporting Team (<a href=\"mailto:finrep@kent.ac.uk\"><u>finrep@kent.ac.uk<\/u><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>We will shortly be sending out the updated year-end timetable, guidance notes and forms.
