{"id":508,"date":"2016-01-14T10:24:56","date_gmt":"2016-01-14T10:24:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/?p=508"},"modified":"2016-01-14T10:24:56","modified_gmt":"2016-01-14T10:24:56","slug":"agresso-training-workshops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/2016\/01\/14\/agresso-training-workshops\/","title":{"rendered":"Agresso Training Workshops"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New for 2016 we are piloting\u00a0Agresso training workshops to gauge interest and collect feedback for possible future sessions.\u00a0The workshops are as follows:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Introduction to Agresso (\u201cAgresso Training\u201d)<\/strong><\/em> is aimed to help you get started with using the fundamentals of Agresso and to become familiar with the screens and toolbars. It is aimed at\u00a0<strong><em>new users<\/em><\/strong>, but is open to all users who feel they would benefit from basic training.<\/p>\n<p>You can book to attend this workshop on either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday 14 January 2016 from 2:30pm until 4:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday 26 January 2016\u00a0from 2:30pm until 4:00pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Browser basics<\/strong><\/em> session is aimed for Agresso users who need to extract information from anywhere in Agresso.\u00a0Starting with a Simple Enquiry, participants will explore the reporting functionality provided by the Agresso\u00a0Browser. By the end of this training session, participants will be familiar with creating detailed reports, be able to add a report to the private reports folder and share private reports.\u00a0 The training is aimed for<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>all Department administrators and Finance administrators who have a responsibility for reporting and analysing financial information on behalf of their school\/department.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop is being run on\u00a0Wednesday 20 January 2016 from 10:30am until 12:00<\/p>\n<p>Numbers\u00a0for each workshop are limited to ten and bookings will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
