Finance Shared Services<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n In order to avoid items turning up for delivery when the University is closed, please could you get your final order requests for the year in by the <\/u>Friday 5th December<\/u>, please.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Purchasing<\/a><\/p>\n All orders submitted before and after this point will have to be looked at by the FSS team, and a decision will be made based on the possibility of lead times and getting delivery prior to Christmas: if it is not high, the ordering may get postponed until the new year when the University re-opens.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Online Staff Expense Claims<\/strong> \u2013 Staff Expenses<\/a><\/p>\n Will need to be submitted by Friday the 5th<\/sup> December<\/strong>, in order to meet the final payment run for 2025.<\/p>\n These will be paid on Friday 19th December.<\/p>\n Other Expense Claims<\/strong> –\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Student Expenses<\/a>,<\/p>\n Research Projects Expenses Claims<\/a><\/p>\n External Claims – Sterling<\/a><\/p>\n External Claims – Foreign Currency<\/a><\/p>\n Specialist Payments<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Specialist Payments<\/a><\/p>\n These need to be submitted by Friday the 5th December<\/strong>, in order to meet the final payment run for 2025.<\/p>\n Supplier Invoices – <\/strong><\/p>\n Suppliers will need to have submitted their invoices to finsupplierinvoices@kent.ac.uk<\/a> by Wednesday 10th December<\/strong>, to be able to meet the final year BACS run for 2025.<\/p>\n The final BACS Run of 2025 will be paid on Friday 19th December.<\/p>\n
