{"id":324,"date":"2015-09-08T16:28:35","date_gmt":"2015-09-08T16:28:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/?p=324"},"modified":"2015-09-08T16:42:34","modified_gmt":"2015-09-08T16:42:34","slug":"income-office-contact-details-until-monday-19-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/2015\/09\/08\/income-office-contact-details-until-monday-19-october\/","title":{"rendered":"Income Office contact details until Monday 19 October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To contact the Income Office staff over the next few weeks the internal extension number to use is <strong>3878<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This will be in place until Monday 19 October as we have a call centre in the Oaks Study hub taking all outside calls from today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further contact information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up until close of business on Wednesday 16 September all staff will be in the Income Office in the Registry.<\/li>\n<li>From Thursday 17 September until Sunday 20 September all staff will be in the <strong>Sports Hall<\/strong> for student registration.<br \/>\nPlease note that although there will be an internal contact number available, Income Office staff are likely to be busy with students and therefore unable to answer other calls. We would appreciate you sending an\u00a0email to\u00a0the person you are trying to contact.<\/li>\n<li>The opening hours are: Friday 18 September, for pre sessional students ONLY, 12 &#8211; 4pm. Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September opening hours are\u00a0as published for Registration.<\/li>\n<li>From\u00a0Monday 21 September\u00a0the <strong>Cashiers<\/strong> will be back in the Registry to take payments between 10am and 4pm.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Student Account Controllers<\/strong> will remain in the Sports hall until Friday 25 September\u00a0when they will move to Senate Committee Room 2 to reopen on Monday 28 September.\u00a0The opening hours will be 10am &#8211; 4pm Monday to Thursday. On\u00a0Friday\u00a0they will close at 12 to move across to the Senate.<\/li>\n<li>Monday 28 September until Friday 9 October the <strong>Student Account Controllers<\/strong> will be in Senate Committee Room 2. The opening hours will be 10am &#8211; 4pm Monday &#8211; Friday with the exception of Friday 9 October\u00a0when they will close at 12 midday\u00a0to move back to Registry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Normal service will be resumed in the Registry from <strong>Monday 12 October<\/strong>.
