The Payments Office would like to share the payment deadlines for payments due to be made prior to Christmas.\u00a0 Details are also given relating to the first payment runs in 2024.<\/p>\n
BACS Runs:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Paperwork to be received via email by Thursday 7th<\/sup> December for payment on the last BACS Run on 2023 \u2013 it will credit accounts on Friday 15th<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n The first BACS Run of 2024 will commence on Tuesday 2nd<\/sup> January \u2013 with payment crediting accounts on Friday 5th<\/sup> January.<\/p>\n Foreign Payments:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Paperwork to be emailed to the Payments Office by Tuesday 5th <\/sup>December to ensure payment is received before Christmas.<\/p>\n The Payments Office will still process a Foreign payment run the following week but cannot guarantee payment will be made prior to Christmas.<\/p>\n Scholarship Payments:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n All spreadsheets to be emailed to the PayScholarships Inbox by 5pm on Thursday 30th<\/sup> November with payment on Friday 8th<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n Online Expenses: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The Online Expenses will be processed on Wednesday 29th<\/sup> November, to be paid on Friday 1st<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n We will also be doing an additional run in December on the 13th<\/sup> December for payment on the 15th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n Please ensure that all claims have been approved by Friday 8th December for inclusion on this payment run.<\/p>\n The 1st<\/sup> Online Expenses Payment Run of 2024 will be on Wednesday 3rd<\/sup> and then credit on 5th <\/sup>January.<\/p>\n Please note that if anything is received after a deadline, we will do our very best to ensure we get as much paid as possible before Christmas but cannot guarantee this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
