We have completed an update to the main User Guides to reflect said feedback, as well as publishing several mini How To Guides. These are now available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/finance-staff\/services\/expenses.html?tab=online-expenses-guidance\">here<\/a> and also within the expense form guidance link.<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to report that we have received over 1,000 claims between 1st &#8211; 26th July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to remind Approvers that the cost code (excluding account code) field <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MUST<\/span> be completed before approving an expense claim. Although the system text states &#8220;default&#8221; in the &#8220;Cost Code Exc Acc No&#8221; field, there are no default codes loaded. Claimants and Approvers should NOT add the account code to the &#8220;Cost Code Exc Acc No&#8221; field.
