{"id":158,"date":"2015-05-28T11:35:13","date_gmt":"2015-05-28T11:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/?p=158"},"modified":"2015-05-28T16:35:59","modified_gmt":"2015-05-28T16:35:59","slug":"agresso-training-reporting-for-finance-administrators","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/finance-news\/2015\/05\/28\/agresso-training-reporting-for-finance-administrators\/","title":{"rendered":"Agresso Training: Reporting for Finance Administrators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Agresso team are running Reporting for Finance Administrators training sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session aims<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This course is designed for Agresso users who need to extract information from anywhere in Agresso.\u00a0Starting with a Simple Enquiry, participants will explore the reporting functionality provided by the Agresso\u00a0Browser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By the end of the session, participants will be familiar with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating detailed reports<\/li>\n<li>Use Add\/change expression<\/li>\n<li>Use Join Column, Sub Total Logic and Sorts<\/li>\n<li>Add relations<\/li>\n<li>Apply formatting to reports<\/li>\n<li>Add reports to the Private Reports folder<\/li>\n<li>Share private reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who should attend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All Department administrators and Finance administrators who have a responsibility for reporting and analysing financial information on behalf of their department\/school.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions will be running on the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesday 2 June 2015 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday 9 June 2015 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Due to the nature of the sessions, attendance is restricted to ten. If you are interested in attending, please book via the Learning and Development website at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/hr-learninganddevelopment\/events2014-15.html\"><u>http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/hr-learninganddevelopment\/events2014-15.html<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As spaces are limited, the bookings will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
