See section 9 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/finance-staff\/docs\/Fin%20Rep\/Year%20end%202013-14\/Year%20End%20Guidance%20finproc%20100.docx\">Year End Guidance document<\/a> that you will have received from Financial Reporting for information.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to locate the original email, all guidance and related forms for the 2013\/14 year end (including the Y4) are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/finance-staff\/general\/reports\/index.html\">Financial Reporting website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/finance-staff\/fpa\/faq_cfwd.html\">FAQ page<\/a> contains further explanation on the purpose of the Y4 form and what information you need to include.
