As usual, our students excelled during their year in industry. Each worked hard, received training, and improved their soft, transferable skills, which will prove invaluable in their final year. Their placements were at Amazon, Cummins, the Home Office and VW Financial Services.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u201c<em>I wasn&#8217;t aware of the hidden benefits of doing a placement. It&#8217;s not just about adding experience onto your CV or learning how to use a new software. It&#8217;s also about meeting new people, being pushed out of your comfort zone, and developing my work ethic &#8211; all of which have positively impacted my final year and my career plans<\/em>.\u201d Tommy Dunn.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Due to their excellent work, all of them were highly praised by their line managers. \u201c<em>Participating in this program fostered significant personal growth and confidence in all participants. This development is evident in their renewed enthusiasm to maximize their final academic year.
