{"id":481,"date":"2018-10-11T11:50:12","date_gmt":"2018-10-11T11:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/englishresearch\/?p=481"},"modified":"2018-10-11T11:50:12","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T11:50:12","slug":"datableeder-a-new-events-series-by-eleanor-perry-and-juha-virtanen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/englishresearch\/2018\/10\/11\/datableeder-a-new-events-series-by-eleanor-perry-and-juha-virtanen\/","title":{"rendered":"DATABLEEDER: A new events series by Eleanor Perry and Juha Virtanen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DATABLEED, an open access poetry zine edited by School of English staff Dr Eleanor Perry and Dr Juha Virtanen, is launching a new reading series in Canterbury this autumn.<\/p>\n<p>DATABLEEDER will present a range of dynamic and different approaches within contemporary poetry, both from established writers and emerging talents.<\/p>\n<p>The first two dates for the series have now been announced.\u00a0<strong>DATABLEEDER ONE<\/strong> will feature performances from Ulli Freer, Montenegrofisher, Juha Virtanen, Betsy Porritt, and guest readers TBA. It will take place on Oct 17th, starting at 7pm, at The Parrot, 1-9 Church Lane, St Radigunds, Canterbury CT1 2AG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DATABLEEDER TWO<\/strong> will feature performances from Laura Elliott, Angus Sinclair, Helen Charman, Dorothy Lehane, and guest readers TBA.
