This demanding and thought-provoking play presents one of the most significant on-going humanitarian crises of the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century. The writer, Omar El-Khairy, is co-founder of the international theatre and film collective <a href=\"http:\/\/www.papertiger.org.uk\">Paper Tiger<\/a> and\u00a0Leverhulme\u00a0Associate Playwright for 2013 at the Bush Theatre.<\/p>\n<p>The play is part of Caroline&#8217;s ongoing research project &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/english\/research\/commonground\/index.html\">Imagining the Common Ground: Utopian Thinking and the Overcoming of Resentment and Distrust<\/a>&#8216;\u00a0which, funded by RCUK &#8216;Global Uncertainties&#8217; program, has the strategic aim of addressing &#8216;security for all in a changing world&#8217;.
