Those gathered, which include practitioners from literature history, concrete poetry, intellectual property law, dentistry and taxonomy, will bear witness to the controversial document, &#8220;Thing 001038 (Uniform Code and Nomenclature)&#8221;, and decide if its descriptive text was an arrangement based on a mere process or system or an original expression protected as a work of literature or poetry.
