Lucent Dreaming, is an independent magazine for emerging authors and artists worldwide.<\/p>\n
They are accepting short stories, poems and flash fiction from new and emerging writers only for this issue. They consider a new\/emerging writer someone who has been published in 15 or fewer publications in the past 5 years, and has not published a book or full collection. If you have published more prolifically, or are established, They ask that you do not submit work to them.<\/p>\n
The magazine pays \u00a3100 for pieces selected for publication, and \u00a3200 to writers from low-income backgrounds in the UK.<\/p>\n
