School pupils were shown how future wireless electronic tag circuits can be screen printed onto cardboard using environmentally friendly conducting inks.\u00a0 This printed RFID technology is the same as that used in Marathon race timing and automatic parcel tracking.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebigbangfair.co.uk\/\">Big Bang UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair\u00a0<\/a>is the UK&#8217;s largest celebration of\u00a0<a title=\"Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Science,_technology,_engineering,_and_mathematics\">STEM<\/a>\u00a0(science, technology, engineering and maths) for young people. The fair takes place annually in March.
