Congratulations to Xinggang Yan on the award of £7,270 from EPSRC for “Higher-Order Sliding Mode (HOSM) Based Decentralised Strategies for Complex Interconnected Systems”. Dr. Yan will travel to the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) where he will work with the UNAM team led by Professor Leonid Fridman on the novel topic of decentralised HOSM control and observation.
