EDA Careers and Employability Fair – hosted as part of the University wide Empfest

On Monday 30th October, the School of Engineering and Digital Arts once again hosted a week of employability support events as part of the University of Kent’s Empfest. Events this year included informative talks on careers within Digital Media and Engineering, a mock assessment centre and the Engineering Careers Fair which welcomed over 100 students to meet and network with employers such as BAE Systems, General Dynamics and Ernst Young. Guest speakers included alumn Atul Roy, Senior BT Strategy Manager and currently Visiting Professor in EDA and Victoria Roots; alumna and Senior Systems Engineer at BAE Systems.
