Congratulations to Digital Arts PhD Candidate Sara Choudhrey from the School of Engineering and Digital Arts who has been selected alongside a number of talented visual artists to participate in the ‘Manifesting the Unseen’ exhibition in November next year. The exhibition will coincide with further events and activities such as drawing workshops, artist talks and poetry reading. Sara looks forward to developing some new work for this project and to sharing it with new audiences who may not be familiar with contemporary Islamic art.
Sara is also due to take part in a group exhibition opening in London later this month at The Cello Factory. She was selected as part of The London Group Open call to exhibit Arabesque II and will feature in part 2 of this exhibition which opens 22 November – 1 December 2017.
