MEng students complete project for global leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, Givaudan

The School of Engineering and Digital Arts is pleased to report that a fourth year MEng group successfully completed a project proposed by Givaudan in Ashford, Kent.

Givaudan is the global leader in the fragrance and flavour industry.
The company needed to devise a way of making RFID labels on bottles of products like shampoo. Students from EDA built a system that enabled product testers to measure how much product is used without needing to put any electronics on the bottles. This enables them to get a truer idea of how the products are used.

The students involved were: Anurag Chand, Jake Moore, Sam Russell and Sagar Gurung.

Well done to all!
