Two papers from postgraduate students in the Communications research group (one by Mr Long Zhang, and the other one by Mr Chunxu Mao) from School of Engineering and Digital Arts, have been shortlisted for the Best Paper Award in 2017 IEEE International Workshop on Antenna Technology (iWAT) which will be held in Athens, Greece, during 1 – 3 March 2017.
IEEE iWAT is a very popular event for antennas and propagation communities internationally. It is rare for one institute to have two papers being in the final shortlist for the Best Paper Award. This demonstrates the high quality of the research work being carried out in the School of Engineering and Digital Arts in antenna engineering which is recognized internationally.
