The University of Kent took part in supporting Jeans for Genes Day on Friday 18th September 2015, whereby in return for a donation of £2 (or more), everyone could come to work in their jeans.
Staff in the School of Engineering and Digital Arts took part in this fundraising initiative raising over £20.
Jeans for Genes Day raises money for Genetic Disorders UK, a charity that aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders. Funds raised go to the vital care and support urgently needed.
