Research Student wins 2015 IEEE IMS Graduate Fellowship Award

Miss Lijuan Wang, a PhD student in the School of Engineering and Digital Arts, under the supervision of Professor Yong Yan in the Instrumentation, Control and Embedded Systems Research Group, has been awarded “The IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society 2015 Graduate Fellowship Award”. The award winning project is entitled “Condition monitoring of rotating machinery using electrostatic sensor arrays” and funded with $9000 by the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society. The award was presented to Lijuan Wang and Professor Yong Yan at 2015 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC) in Pisa, Italy during 11-14 May 2015.
