Congratulations to Dr Benito Sanz Izquierdo and Professor Ted Parker, Emeritus Professor of Radio Communications, for winning the poster competition at the 4th IET Enterprise Workshop: RF technology for Aerospace: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities which took place in Edinburgh on 6th March 2015. The winning poster was titled “Fully and Partially metallised 3D printed FSS”. This award demonstrates the impact of their very exciting work with 3D printing of electromagnetic structures.
Furthermore, Benito will give an invited presentation at the upcoming European Conference on Antennas and Propagation EUCAP2015 which will be held in Portugal from 12th to 17th April 2015.
