At the 2014 Science Fair held at Canterbury College on 19th and 20th February, Dr Cyril Isenberg, from the School of Engineering and Digital Arts, gave a number of demonstration talks on the science of soap films and bubbles. These included giant bubbles, non-spherical bubbles, soap film surfaces and vibrating bubbles.
The Science Fair brings experiments out of the lab and into the lives of young people and features nearly 40 shows, stands and activities. The two-day event was visited by 1,800 people.
