We are delighted to announce that, once again, in the subject area of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, the School of Engineering and Digital Arts (EDA) achieved an overall satisfaction level of 100% in the National Student Survey, which places us 1st out of 53 non-specialist HE institutions. Indeed, in the recent THES article http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/story.asp?sectioncode=26&storycode=421262&c=1, Kent is listed as the top institution for Engineering and Technology for satisfied students.
In addition, according to the School’s new Key Information Set (KIS) data on Unistats, the official website for comparing UK higher education course data, 90% of graduates leaving our Engineering courses are in a professional or managerial job six months after leaving.
The NSS results also place the University third in the UK amongst non-specialist universities, with an increased overall satisfaction score by three percentage points.
