Two Kent students have been completing internships at Reflect Digital this summer, and we visited the Maidstone office to catch up with Catalina Descalescu and Sandra Eyison to hear about the fantastic work that they have been doing!
Reflect Digital have been an EP sponsor for a number of years now, and always offer fantastic experience to Kent students. They are a Maidstone-based search agency that works closely with ambitious businesses that want to take their digital marketing to the next level. They pride themselves not only in the work that they do with a constantly-growing network of clients, but also in taking care of their staff – something which is evident the moment you step into their offices, and in talking to interns who describe the team as a ‘family’: ‘everyone feels equal and valued, it’s very open and all questions are welcome, no matter how silly – it’s so refreshing to work in an environment without any hint of a toxic culture!’
The interns have joined the team at an excellent time, as they have taken on some new big clients so there has been much for them to get stuck into! Sandra has been working in the SEO team, and Catalina in Reflect’s newly formed behavioural team. Colleagues have been full of praise for them and the work that they have been doing, complimenting them on their professionalism, their drive and how fast they have gotten stuck into their work. They have both been thrilled to work with a huge variety of software and have been given the opportunity to learn so much and develop knowledge and skills outside of what they have had access to in their studies and previous work. Reflect truly do put so much value and time into people development, which has been of huge benefit to both the interns and the company as well.
Catalina and Sandra wholeheartedly encourage all students to get involved with EP:
