The Canterbury Innovation Centre is Kent’s new centre for innovative business and high technology companies. A unique mix of cutting-edge design and sustainable credentials, the Centre completes the first phase for the University of Kent’s exciting new Technology Park.

The Innovation Centre is managed by Basepoint Centres Limited on behalf of East Kent Spatial Development Company and funded by Seeda. Basepoint specialise in providing high quality, affordable business space with first class support solutions. The centre will be joining Basepoint’s network of 25 centre’s nationwide.

Where cutting-edge design meets environmental sustainability. The Centre’s visually striking exterior houses over 2500 sq. metres of modern, affordable office, studio and workshop space. The campus itself is set amongst 500 acres of green parkland and rolling hills, overlooking the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury.
