About

Youth Cancer Support are part of the Children’s Development Trust, a charity that has been operating for 9 years. YouCan has been set up as a project to support young people aged 10-30 whose lives have been impacted by cancer in Kent, London and the South East.

They provide counselling, Wellbeing Weekends, Complementary therapies, exercise and nutrition workshops and short breaks by the sea at their YouCan House.

Anyone who has, or knows someone who has, Cancer is impactedYouCan was set up to specifically support those aged 10-30, which covers so many important times, such as changing schools, going to university, starting work and planning a future. With positive guidance and support when needed, they do not offer any medical care at all, but will be alongside during and after treatment, because they know that the support is needed long afterwards.
