Based in Canterbury, ETLA specialise in Strategic Landscape Planning and Strategic Landscape Design, and work with clients across the UK. Director, Eleanor Trenfield, is highly experienced and brings a wealth of expertise across a wide range of developments including residential, commercial, heritage, restoration and preservation projects in both rural and urban environments.
These projects range from individual buildings, large developments to major regeneration schemes. The current portfolio of works undertaken cover an extensive area including Essex, Surrey, Kent, Cambridgeshire and the London area.
Eleanor has experience as an Expert Witness, chairs the Advisory Editorial Panel at the Landscape Institute for the Landscape Journal, is a contributor to the Landscape Institute work on Green Belt and is also an occasional tutor at the University for the Creative Arts and the University of Kent.
