About

As Kent’s largest military museum, the Royal Engineers Museum holds its own Designated Collection of historical and international importance. The numerous galleries tell the story of Britain’s military engineers from the Roman period to the modern Corps of Royal Engineers. Admission to the museum is free for all current University of Kent students and only a short walk for the Medway campus. It is a worth a visit and “it’s bigger than you think!”

Rewards 2019-20

The Royal Engineers Museum is offering three work experience placements in collections and archives (150 points). The museum is also offering an exclusive tour of the collection, which will include a chance to handle rare and unique items (75 points). Lastly, there will also be an employability session with the Head Curator (50 points).
