A., (2020<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/kar.kent.ac.uk\/78219\/1\/edna.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">) Modelling environmental DNA data; Bayesian variable selection accounting for false positive and false negative errors, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series C (Applied Statistics)<\/a>, which has been implemented by Alex Diana into our freely available <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/edna\/qpcr-data\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">R Shiny eDNA app<\/a>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/edna\/qpcr-data\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">source code of the RShiny app<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/edna\/qpcr-data\/examples\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">examples<\/a> of how to use the app to analyse single species qPCR data are also available.<\/p>\n<p>The app can be accessed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/seak.shinyapps.io\/eDNA\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shiny server<\/a> or, for more stable performance, it can be downloaded by going to the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/edna\/qpcr-data\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download tab<\/a> and following the steps outlined to run it on your own machine.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions please email me (Dr Eleni Matechou, e.matechou@kent.ac.uk).
