The 2016 table, published in today\u2019s <em>Guardian<\/em> newspaper, also reveals that the School is ranked 9th overall, placing us in\u00a0the top 10\u00a0economics departments in the country. Other scores include 8th\u00a0for both Satisfaction with Teaching and Satisfaction with the Course.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Alastair Bailey, Head of School, commented, \u201cEconomics at Kent offers a challenging yet supportive environment for students, and our\u00a0top 10 position in the Guardian University Guide further highlights our commitment to excellence in teaching and investment in our students\u2019 future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new Guardian table comes just one month after publication of the Complete University Guide 2016, where Economics at Kent was ranked 8th for Student Satisfaction.
