Moreover, Mindfulness has helped them to relax and find a very nice community within the <a href=\"https:\/\/kentunion.co.uk\/activities\/Mindfulness\">Mindfulness Society<\/a> at Kent which organizes several other activities such as a book club and meetings outside the University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider vi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">We have weekly drop-ins on Wednesdays 1pm, and meet in person at 5pm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider vi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">The weekly drop-ins involve no commitment and anyone can come and go whenever they want. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider vi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">This March we offer our annual 5-weeks course. It gives a bit of background behind the science of Mindfulness and we will be using, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blackwells.co.uk\/bookshop\/product\/Mindfulness-and-Wellbeing-for-Student-Learning-by-Lorraine-Millard-Louise-Frith-Patmarie-Coleman\/9780335251063\">Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Student Learning<\/a> <span class=\"ui-provider vi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">a book specifically designed for students. <\/span><span class=\"ui-provider vi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">This is the first book of this kind and the first author is our Mindfulness teacher <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lorrainemillard.com\/\">Lorraine Millard<\/a>.
