We are inviting applications\u00a0for a number of research scholarships to commence in September 2023. These are\u00a0<\/span>Division of Human and Social Sciences Research Scholarships<\/span><\/b>, also known as\u00a0<\/span>Graduate Teaching Assistantships (GTAs)<\/span><\/b>, for\u00a0<\/span>PhD applicants only<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n PhD Programmes in Economics<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Economics PhD<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Agri-Environmental Economics PhD<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Division of Human and Social Sciences Research Scholarships (Graduate Teaching Assistantships)<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Awardees of such hold a unique position in the University; they are both registered PhD students in receipt of a scholarship and employees of the University. The scholarships cover tuition fees (International, EU or UK) plus a combined maintenance grant and salary, equivalent to the Research Councils UK National Minimum Doctoral Stipend.
