Roger&#8217;s research focuses on the relationship between transport (especially infrastructure) and economic development; regional development and integration in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/\" data-link-type=\"external\">European Union<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 15.6pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: #2e2e2e\">The Encyclopedia emphasises the interaction between different aspects of research, offers new solutions to modern-day problems related to transportation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 15.6pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: #2e2e2e\">&#8216;Each of its nine sections is based around familiar themes but brings together the views of experts from different disciplinary perspectives.&#8217;
