‘5 a day secret to happiness:
The key to being happy is to eat your five a day and exercise, say scientists.
They found the lifestyle itself lifts people’s spirits. It stems from the ability to apply self control, which
improves wellbeing. It is the first time the link has been proved. Experts at Kent and Reading universities also
found men exercise more and women eat healthier. Dr Adelina Gschwandtner said: “If a better lifestyle makes us healthy and
