This is a taster day for students interested in studying\u00a0Philosophy\u00a0single- or joint-honours at the University of Kent. The day is free of charge, and consists of an introduction, sample seminars, opportunities to talk to academics and current students, lunch and refreshments. If you are interested in a joint-honours programme you may be able to attend seminars from your other subject. Although this is a recruitment event, you don’t have to be planning to come to Kent in order to attend.<\/p>\n
As we are aiming to offer students a chance to experience what it would be like to study their chosen subject at the University of Kent, we are making the day a student only event. Any accompanying parents\/guardians can attend a parents’ Q and A and will be free to tour the campus, or the city of Canterbury during the day.
