If you’re interested in studying STEM subjects – from Astronomy, Space Science and Astrophysics and Computer Science, to Sports Therapy and Mathematics as well as Mechanical Engineering and Digital Arts – come along to a University of Kent Open Day and discover what it could be like studying with us.
Kent has two upcoming Open Days at our Canterbury campus – Saturday 5 October and Saturday 19 October 2019 – and one at our Medway campus on Saturday 12 October for those interested in Sports and Exercise Science and some Computing courses.
Register your interest now – booking opens approximately four weeks before the event.
At the Open Day you will have the chance to meet our enthusiastic academics, hear more about our teaching, which was rated gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework*, and view our state-of-the-art facilities. There are also a range of exciting hands-on activities and inspirational talks from across our STEM subjects.
As well as learning about our degrees from our staff, you’ll have the chance to chat with current students and attend sample lectures and demonstrations to see why our academics are the best at what they do. You can also try your hand at programming and consultancy work and find out why so many of our students take a paid year in industry.
