Enjoying a couple of strawberries or mini eclair pastries every 300 words had definitely helped me power through an essay or two! This can also work with non-food incentives too. Take a walk, read a book, grab coffee (other beverages are available) with a friend when you’ve been working for a little while. Doing this can help keep you motivated and prevent burn out.

Get plenty of rest

Lots of students recommended this one.
