Kent Union’s Student Media Centre has been officially opened by British radio broadcaster and University of Kent alumna Charlotte Green.<\/p>\n

The Media Centre will be open to students from Monday 12 May and will be the new home of CSR FM (Canterbury’s student radio), KTV (Kent Television) and InQuire (Kent’s student newspaper).<\/p>\n

The Media Centre is located above The Venue in the space previously known as The Attic.<\/p>\n

It has been repurposed with state-of-the-art media equipment including the installation of radio studios, editing suites and a TV studio and a performance area, which will allow our hundreds of media volunteers to develop their skills in an industry-quality space.<\/p>\n
