Sudhir Krishnan (Krish) was diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease at the age of 37.\u00a0 He is now 52 and experiences tremors, stiffness in his hands and legs, freezing, shuffling, slowness of movement, lack of motivation, sleep problems, mood swings and depression as a result of his diagnosis.\u00a0 He has always been active and has found that continuing with exercise, such as golf and walking, has helped bring about an improvement in his symptoms.<\/p>\n
