The caf\u00e9 will offer a place for people with Parkinson\u2019s and their family members to connect with others and build a supportive community. The Mayor of Medway Cllr. Jan Aldous officiated the event and we were treated to some music from the Medway Skylarks.<\/p>\n<p>We spoke to people with Parkinson\u2019s and their family members as well as neurological charities and community support groups based in Kent. We learnt about the local support currently available to people with Parkinson\u2019s and how the Centre could foster new collaborations with these organisations.
