Since its origins, Varsity has now grown to include over 44 fixtures, across 25 different sports and activities. From rugby to dance, sitting volleyball to E-sports, Varsity has something for everyone!<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d love for you to get behind Team Kent and show your support. Student Minds is the UK\u2019s mental health charity which empowers students and members of the university community to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to look after their own mental health, support others and create change. Kent Union and Christchurch Students\u2019 Union aim to support students throughout their entire time at University, and have worked with Student Minds in previous campaigns, such as the implementation of Mental Health training for student group committee members so they can help look after their peers and themselves. Sport is one of the best ways we can help to improve our mental health, so help get behind this cause with us during Varsity! Any donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated and will help to support students not just at Kent and Canterbury Christchurch but all across the UK.
